About the event
The third Sunday of each month, a small group of women will gather for gentle movement, somatic awareness, and quiet restoration - practices designed specifically for midlife bodies and nervous systems.
Each session draws from gently yoga, breathwork, and body-based practices that support regulation, ease, and the kind of rest that midlife often makes harder to find.
This offering is educational and not medical advice. Movement is always optional and adaptable.
